The Courtyard Garden and The Aviary
The restored carriage house adjacent to the home “The Aviary”, where guests can taste Ackerman Family Estate wines from our certified organic vineyard in Coombsville. During the warmer months of the year, the cozy and romantic outdoor English garden patio allows for private ceremonies or simple relaxation while enjoying the lovely water sounds of our antique Victorian fountain. This intimate garden patio is the perfect place to host a private cocktail hour or serve as the overflow space of larger receptions.

The Formal Dining Room
Elegantly appointed with numerous antiques from the mid-1800’s, including our formal dining room table that seats up to 14 guests, this room creates a unique culinary experience that echoes a true step back in time. Overlooking the adjoining English Gardens and Fountain, guests enjoy an intimate wine and culinary experience using authentic Queen Anne Victorian china and silver lit by a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, “wedding cake” 1840’s chandelier, this is truly a memorable experience for our guests.

The Heritage House entry spills into the traditional sitting room and parlor with original heart-redwood pocket doors. These 2 rooms can accommodate up to 60 people for a private ceremony, reception, post-wedding brunch or afternoon tea bridal shower event.
