Kristie’s Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 Fresh Ripe Peach
  • 2 Heirloom Tomatoes 
  • 1 Bunch of Fresh Basil 
  • Burrata Cheese
  • 1 Fresh Baguette
  • Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, or purchase a very ripe peach and squeeze the juices into the bowl 
  • Olive oil
  • Maldon Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper 

Directions:

  1. Chop the peach and tomato into a bowl.
  2. Add desired amount of basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Finish with three tablespoons of olive oil, two tablespoons of vinegar and toss together. *Purchase a very ripe squishy peach that you can squeeze the juices from to add sweetness and flavor.
  4. Toast your baguette with drizzled olive oil in the oven.
  5. Top your toasted baguette with bruschetta then topped with a dollop of burrata.
  6. Enjoy!
