Kristie’s Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 1 Fresh Ripe Peach
- 2 Heirloom Tomatoes
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Basil
- Burrata Cheese
- 1 Fresh Baguette
- Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, or purchase a very ripe peach and squeeze the juices into the bowl
- Olive oil
- Maldon Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper
Directions:
- Chop the peach and tomato into a bowl.
- Add desired amount of basil, salt and pepper.
- Finish with three tablespoons of olive oil, two tablespoons of vinegar and toss together. *Purchase a very ripe squishy peach that you can squeeze the juices from to add sweetness and flavor.
- Toast your baguette with drizzled olive oil in the oven.
- Top your toasted baguette with bruschetta then topped with a dollop of burrata.
- Enjoy!
