Enjoy a fun-filled dream day in the Napa Valley with a demonstration/participation cooking class in a lovingly restored 1889 Victorian mansion. The Ackerman Heritage House in downtown Napa is a  magnificent setting with a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen featuring a Lacanche stove. You will be welcomed by your host with a splash of Ackerman Family Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc to enjoy during a guided tour of the historic mansion. Then you’ll gather in the kitchen and follow along with one of Ackerman’s Gourmet Chef as they demonstrate the day’s menu, pitching in to help if you like. Once you’ve created your seasonal dishes, enjoy them at the Chef’s table. Every guest receives the day’s recipes signed by the Chef.
